This post will be based at Link’s Edinburgh office. However, Link are currently piloting a hybrid working model and so there may be opportunities for home working.
The Role
The role is a fantastic opportunity to learn to provide support for our state-of-the-art financial systems, including Oracle ERP as a system administrator; and to kickstart your career within a diverse and growing organisation. About You
You will have a degree or equivalent qualification in an ICT or related field through which you have gained some knowledge of business ICT systems. You do not need any experience of finance systems but will have an interest and a willingness to learn.
The post holder will have strong numeracy and literacy skills and advanced IT skills.
You must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop effective relationships. A customer-focused approach to service delivery is essential, as is a proactive approach to continuous improvement. You will have excellent organisational and time management skills. You will have a credible and professional manner, with an ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. The role requires analytical and problem-solving skills and an investigative approach with attention to detail.
